![]() ![]() You understand that any world you enter is at your own risk. Most User Content, including worlds and avatars, available through VRChat is created by other users or third parties, and VRChat does not control or actively monitor the content or technical features of individual worlds, avatars, or other User Content. You understand that, when using the Platform, you will be exposed to User Content from a variety of sources and acknowledge that User Content may be inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. ![]() VRChat may, however, at any time and without prior notice, screen, remove, edit, or block any User Content that in our sole judgment violates this TOS or is otherwise objectionable. We are under no obligation to edit or control User Content that you or other users post or publish, and will not be in any way responsible or liable for User Content. Specifically says that a "reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate" So only forbids in public 9.7. Post, upload, or distribute any User Content or other content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate Doesn't forbid having NSFW. Mods have better use of their time than to go through every blank reported person's list of avatars, except the ones he's been actually wearing in that particular lobby. I'm pretty sure mods have a full list of avatars you've been wearing in that particular world, so, if someone is spooking you that he'll ban you through blank reports - you can tell that guy to eat his own c, since mods are only checking the one's you've been actually wearing, in that particular world. If you're so afraid that you might be reported for possession of an NSFW avatar - do not wear it in worlds that have users you don't trust. So it doesn't matter if NSFW avatars are allowed or not - the rule is physically inapplicable. Since moderator crew is small, and making it big will increase "human factor" and increase chances of power misuse - they'll never make it big enough to control every uploaded avatar.Įven if VRChat crew wants to control every uploaded avatar - they are physically incapable of doing that. You cannot automatize NSFW checks, so whatever the case, it will always be limited by human's analyze speed, that might take many minutes or even hours. They are only reacting to reported cases of avatar misusage. They cannot, and will not control each and every uploaded avatar. Any rule is as tight as the level of enforcing the rule maker is capable of providing. There is nothing against HAVING/OWNING NSFW avatars. But if your avatar is clothed, not gory/bloody, etc (under NSFW) even if it can do those things, then they won't ban you. Using them (being nude, gore, etc under NSFW) in public is against the TOS.
